Install the appropriate app on each PC, using v0.7.9 on both. The internet service settings are included.

Install on the helper's PC. Enter the host's remote code and password to view the screen, chat and use the features the host has authorized.

This is a beta release. Stability, audio and video still require testing in real customer environments. The installers are not digitally signed. If security software blocks installation, stop and report it; do not disable protection.

01 / Install both apps
Install the host on the PC needing help
The helper installs the controller. If either PC has an older release, upgrade both to the version on this page.
02 / Enable assistance
Check permissions and online status
Choose the required permissions and enable assistance on the host. Before connecting over the internet, look for “公网在线（中转）” (online via relay) in its status.
03 / Enter details and connect
Enter the remote code and access password
On the controller, enter the six-digit code and password shown on the host, then select Find and connect. For internet connections, leave the target IP blank.

Do I need to configure a router or use a browser?
Both apps use the preconfigured internet service. Router port forwarding is usually unnecessary. Remote operation takes place in the Windows app; this website provides the downloads.
Are internet connections P2P?
This release uses an encrypted relay for internet connections; internet P2P is not implemented. Direct connections take priority on a LAN. Internet speed depends on both PCs' networks and server bandwidth.
Does the host window need to stay open?
The host can run in the system tray. It must remain running with assistance enabled. To end remote access, stop assistance or exit the host app.
Do the camera and microphone turn on automatically?
Camera sharing requires permission on the host, with a local sharing indicator and stop control. Voice calls must be answered locally on the host. Connecting remotely does not automatically enable the microphone.
What should I check if a connection fails?
Check that both apps are v0.7.9, assistance is enabled on the host and its status shows it is online. Verify the six-digit code and password. If it still fails, keep the full error message for your helper to investigate.
